Default Tie Rod Thread Size and Pitch?

I need a new jam nut for one of my tie rods. Anyone know the thread diameter and pitch?

Not sure about the thread diameter, but the thread pitch is 1.25 mm/thread.

Well, turns out everyone was wrong except for Clint at Turninconcepts.com.

The tie rods are M14x1.5 threaded. Be aware that this is an impossible size to just walk into a hardware store and buy a die (to clean up the threads) for. Also, the nuts subaru uses must be a special because they're 19mm outside for the M14 inside. Store-bought nuts will be 22mm outside.
