Would sure love to see some new pics though! I've been following this thread since day one. One of the best builds i've ever seen.

still building it... Dropped the engine off at the machine shop yesterday. Said it would be 2 weeks or so turn around. I was waiting on a camshaft from a shop previously mentioned and then called comp cams and they hooked me up with a custom ground cam in no time, called thursday afternoon, at my shop monday morning.
I've stripped the seats and carpet out to remove the old fuel lines and brake lines that aren't being used. Sheet metal came in today to finish the trunk area, and I also began cleaning up the wiring and figuring out where im going to tie in at and to make everything work as planned. I've spent the majority of my time finishing building my apartment thats on the back of my shop. I did sell both of my street bikes and paid my building loan. So i gotta save back up to finish the build. Slowly but surely its coming along. But yes i've spent at least 4 hrs redoing the pics that are posted back up. At some point I'll finish correcting the URL's

jw has anyone noticed the new pics that tss fab put up of their new front lower control arms and ball joint adapter? Looks a lot like my setup / idea I came up with on my car. The part that my friend custom machined for me. Also Tss's aren't available for sale yet as far as i know...
tssfabs
my adapter

Just thought it was cool, tssfab is on my facebook friends so i see his updates daily, they put out some cool parts, and I talked to him before i started my build, about cradles and rear end setups.

Looks good, the cusco TA car runs very similar front lca too, but complete custom knuckles.

Are you putting wide rear fenders on and some real tires under there?

Looking good. I looked through the thread and maybe I missed it but what did you do about the steering shaft to rack linkage? Did you cut and extend?

yea just an extension. buying a new joint for the top to eliminate the rubber bushing thats in it, b/c its close to my manifold and would hate to have it melt.

Just gotta cought the splines and order the 2 joints and some dom tubing. the one for mock up works fine, no binding.

Stopped by the machine shop, the engine looks good, Everything checked out, besides one head, just had to be decked a tad, ended up doing both the same amount, said it wasn't much. All the pistons and rods he polished and shot penned them. he got chromoly rings for it, Blocked checked out perfect, he polished the crank for me and installed all new rod bearings with the arp bolts in the rods.
I dropped the arp head studs off today, new front timing cover and headgaskets. he order some hd pushrods for it as well. He also balanced the whole rotating assembly, with the new under drive pulley. Also fully rebuilt the oil pump. They have paid attention to every detail and went the extra mile... Can't wait to see it all finished... Should be soon.

Ty if you ever want to piece a LSX kit together for GD chassis.

It'd be awesome like sikky, daft, etc.

I'll be on that list for my 05 Sti. Lmk.

Should I suggest a NASIOC meet at your house?

BMX bikes, 3 crf110's, I'm sure lots of other toys... oh, and an LSX Bugeye!
So great. Loving the fab work, real attention to detail.
