Default TF&TF3: TOKYO DRIFT Skyline GTR-powered 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback on EBAY now!

Tokyo Drift Mustang Shows Up
On eBay!
There's more ***8216;68 Mustangs on eBay than you can shake a stick at, but this one purports to be the Nissan-powered pony used in Tokyo Drift, the third installment in The Fast and the Furious. It's true, they really did put an actual turbocharged Skyline six in an actual Mustang for the movie!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Cars-...=p4506.c0.m245

I can't believe the bidding is at $45K already!

That is an awesome car.
Imagine the rice-respect you'd get pulling up to the local spot with this, pumping chingy from the system...

It would be like 2005 all over again!

I let it get down to about 6 seconds left then I smoke 'em. For those 6 seconds, nothing else matters.

No offense but:

$100,000 in parts alone!
I'm not buying that part. What in the world on that car adds up to that? Maybe $25k in parts, maybe...

3 piece flame suit on....but i really liked the car, minus the exhaust, it could have really used a dual exhaust system without a huge fartcan hanging off the back (yes i know its an inline 6).

Or something like a side exit in front of one of the rear wheels.

If people can throw V8's in RX-7's, why not throw an RB26DETT into a Mustang?

I'd rock that car and go to all the Mustang meets just to piss the hardcore guys off.

I actually saw this car in person a few years back, they had it on display at a D1 event in Atlanta. It looked pretty good all around.

I'd hit it. Who doesnt like an old mustang fastback? Nobody, that's who.
