Default 1999 ECU tuning available?

Hey guys.
My 1999 OBS 2.2 snapped the timing belt so now I made a 2.2 with 2.5 heads (same casting just dual port exhaust) and it feels like a beast. I’m hitting tips speed limiter way too easily (empty roads early mornings to work) so I want to know if anyone has been able to tune these older ECUs as I know before there was a “daughterboard” that could be added to tune these.

Thanks in advance!
