Default Center Line Forged RPM Wheels

Anyone checked out the Center Line RPM wheels? It's forged, one-piece design, and extremely light. Does it work with the Impreza's?

What do you think of them?

Nice how they don't list wheel specs on their website

The ad in Road and Track list the 17" at 13.5 lbs and the 19" at 14.89 lbs. Seems to be really light!

Won't fit a WRX...
I emailed them 2 weeks ago and got this reply:

"We make the 17 x 7 and 18 x 7.5 with a 40mm offset.
The weights are 13.7lbs and 14.5lbs.
For pricing, please see retail locations in the web site,
www.centerlinewheels.com"

I called a local tire dealer and was quoted a price of $375 a wheel

As said many times before, it won't rub, but your wheel bearing won't like you.

Have you noticed any adverse effect that your +40mm offset have on your vehicle?

if you dont autocross or circuit race your car 40mm is fine, even drag racing but if you drive your WRX like it is supposed to be driven, hard in all conditions, the wheels bearings will eventually go on you, about $180-220 per corner, i put OZ superlegeeras on mine 14.9 lbs a piece for 17" for $255 a piece

That's too bad. Because I do take the car out on to the track. And I do drive it the way it is suppose to be driven.

Thanks.
