Default 6mt swap into wrx e-brake question

how does it work/hook up? Ive always wanted to know that. Some say that you cant use the ebrake but it will hold it when you park though? Do you need the 6mt e-brake handle/assembly?

Also...i mean full swap as in r180 with brembos too.
While were at it how about hooking up brakelines from oem wrx calipers to brembos?! Is the e-brake assembly of the Sti needed/how it be worked around?

Curious about this myself. I've never heard that before.
