Just curious why you are going from a quick econobox to another less quick Econbox.

I put 7k miles on my RS in 4 months, so obviously I need another car to daily drive. The WRX has more mod support but will never be as fast as my RS. Its like driving a GTR every day for a year. You will be bored of it after a year. I dont want that to happen with my RS like it did with my impreza, and not only that but I need to build my credit and I am going to make payments on my WRX unlike my RS which I paid in cash.

For what you are looking for, you should have the Mods move this to the Interior and Exterior forum.
You are only really talking about cosmetic mods here, not performance-oriented mods so you would get better answers there |

https://forums.nasioc.com/forums/sho...light=mod+list Personally the first thing I'd do first every time is an alignment and maybe springs. Dialing out the rear camber and dialing in some front camber transforms these cars. |

I know this is silly, but the car comes perfectly "driveable" as is. Get the car and drive it for a little while. Then when you say to yourself, gee whiz, this shifter feels a little squishy, address that. drive the car, gee whiz, I'd like it to make more noise, address that, drive and repeat.
Good luck! |

Fatter Tires. Look at pictures of them stock vs with after market wheels, they just look so much better

Tackle the handling platform first. Decent amount of power in the car. Try to solidify her with some stiffer bushings, and some shnazzy sway bars
Once you`ve mastered the car on the track, start adding more power! |

If it were me, I'd be just driving the RS. It's just a car. I could see if it were a Lamborghini 12 cyl car where mileage really matters in resale. A Ford? Nope.
(note, Jack daily drove a FFR Cobra for a month and a Lotus Elise for a entire summer) |

$47k (tax included) is what I paid for my RS. For alot of people who have not had many cars in their life yet is alot of money. For me the RS is a supercar and for that reason I do not want to put 200k miles in 5 years on it. Which is why im going to daily commute a WRX. I had an impreza before this and put 50k miles in a year and half. Doing that in a car that gets 16mpg and cost almost triple the amount of the impreza is not efficient.

Honestly if I had the rs and a wrx I wouldn't even bother modding anything but style on the wrx. Out of curiosity why did you pay cash for the rs. Like you said 50k is a lot of money to drop all at once, why not finance it since you said you wanted to build your credit anyway and invest the let's say 40k into stocks and let the stocks pay your car payment and make you money on top.

none of those really will affect driveability. maybe the shifter bushing for day to day life, but all around the car is in fact quite solid.
