Default Just finshed a 2.2L to 2.5L SWAP..HAVING ROUGH IDOL PLEASE HELP

I have a 1996 impreza and swapped in a 1998 legacy GT 2.5l DUAL CAM motor..Everything went well except it semm to idol rough almost like a miss in the motor....I added headers and some pre gapped irridum plugs and a cold air intakee..I swapped out the 98 gt ecu and the mass air flow into the 1996 impreza.Anyone have any tips?...Thanks

Vacuum leak?

Was the car an EJ18? If so, you'll need to run a wire and pin the ECU plug for the knock sensor. That shouldn't effect idle, but will be noticable in a constant CEL as well as dip in power during accelleration.
