If I bought some completely blacked out lights, is there a way to remove the paint of the reflector bowls and restore them back to chrome?

Thanks to everyone who posted in this thread and provided inspiration. Special thanks Overland for the original ideas! I'm currently doing a Bi-LED projector retrofit in my 2010 2.5i and because of this thread i'll be doing some extra work while i'm in there!
