![]() ok i got a pretty nice head unit for my birthday i got the alpin cda-7893 and i am going to be intstalling into my suby but pretty soon i am going to be getting a screen for the area of the stock HU and putting mine in the gauge pod it will be the same setup as mattjk has, but anyways here is my question will my HU work with video...getting the sound to play i guess....i will probably be using a PS2 for dvd and what not i just want to know if the sound will work with the HU i have...thanks

![]() The only way to do it is to use an FM modulator to get the audio into your new headunit. Actually the best thing to do would be to sell that headunit and get an integrated unit w/ a built-in screen bit that is $$$.
