Default 2011 WRX with 25mm Spacers

With the flared fenders I felt the wheels needed to be out a little more. I meant to order Ichiba 15mm V2 spacers but I had a brain fart and ordered the 25MM.

I slapped them on just to see and they look great. Now I don't know whether I should go to a thinner spacer....

Take a look...

Obviously I can't return them so I'll either sell them or trade them.

And yes I know I need lowering springs.

Maybe 15mm up front and keep the 25's for the rear?

Looks good

Just curious, do you know how much thread on your wheel studs are being used? I was planning to get spacers, but didn't know what size to get.

Once torqued down the studs are pretty much even with the spacers. If you buy 20mm spacers or smaller you will need wheels with cavities b/w the bolt holes or cut the bolts.

wow that looks great.
I agree the offset on the stock wheels is terrible!
can you show pictures and/or links of the spacers you got.

I'm curious how this will affect your bearings

A pic of the whole car from a distance would be nice.

All springs blow out the stock 08+ struts. You have two choices, coil-overs, or buy the Bilstein/GTWORX struts + any springs.

Search epicengineering springs. I believe those are strut safe and have a nice drop.

It seems like the 25mm give you the PERFECT offset look but its hard to judge without the drop.
hey if you want to get rid of them let me know!

Well, not the first mod I would do to a new car, but it looks pretty good.
