Default Need some info...

I am thinking about getting a Impreza L so i can do a front end conversion to make it look like a 2.5RS. I have some questions for you. The coupe version came out in 1995? The 2.2L is in automatic only? Does the Impreza LX come in manual? If i get a Impreza L made before before 1997 would i need the 1997 impreza L grill? Is the back bumper on the L the same as on the 2.5RS?

Can you give me a website that has the conversion process step-by-step.

Thanks

95 was the first year for coupe 1.8(5-speed or manual) and 2.2 L (AUTO ONLY)
96 they offered it with a 2.2 5-speed

Check the FAQ's for the conversion info

Here is a good site for info on the models:

I don't know of a site with a step by step process because of how simple it is it'd be like a how to do on chancing your shift knob. just take it all out and put it all back in if it isn't coming off then something is holding it in. I did the RS converison with my 94L I'll post some pictures
