Default did subaru go back to the antenna on the roof?

i know that bugeyes and most sube generations of diff chassis' had the antennas on the pillar/roof, and they got rid of it for 04/05 and i havent seen them on 06/07.. but what about this ra-r? is it an antenna? and why on the passenger side? edit.. i guess thats the drivers side huh? :P

These cars are right-hand drive hence the antenna on the drivers side.

I believe the rear windshield is different and doesn't include an antenna. Hence they had to put it on the A-pillar.

I believe that you are correct. I would assume that the windshield would not include a defroster or the antenna.

everytime i look at that car, i think of mustard.

dont get me wrong tho, id take that car in a heartbeat. i just am not a fan of the French's Mustard Yellow color.

They did it to save weight.

No antenna in the glass = less weight
