Question how to open fog light switch area to get at the connectors/wires??

does anyone know how to open up the fog light switch assembly to get at the connectors/wires in the back of the switches, and the other connectors to do the fog light mod #2 (i think that is what it is)? the mod to have the fogs and high beams on at the same time? pictures would be great. thanx.

There are two screws, one near the center console all the way on the bottom of the cover, and one just above the hood latch handle. There is also a pop plug thing on the very left side of it - you'll see it when you open the door all the way. You need to use an awl or a knife to pop the center section of it out a little then you should be able to pull it out by hand. After that, there is two clips on either side of the steering column that are holding it on. You just need to pull it towards your seat to pop them out - it makes you nervous, like you're about to break it, but it'll come out.
