I thought there was a thread a little while ago about somebody down by Bozeman. Spokane might have something but you probably need to go to Seattle or Portland unfortunately.

Yeah, I agree. With the growing number of Subarus in the greater Kalispell area, I think you guys could probably keep a tuner shop occupied with a steady amount of work.

There are a couple of hotrod shops but nothing for the imports. We have alot of Subies and cough....choke....Hondas in the area. I have even seen a few SRT4s running around. If I was rich and famous I would do it but I am far from both . Well Maybe some day.

Oh and get this one of my bosses from the Billings store just got a brand new Shelby GT500 stang on friday, speaking of rich and famous Its black with white stripes down the center.

I don't think it is a "tuner" shop but there is supposed to be a guy in Missoula doing a lot of import work that has a good reputation with the Auto-X guys. I think his name is Rico? Any input from the Missoula guys? I am going to try and round up his number this weekend as I want to speak with him about my engine rebuild anyhow.

i know dynojet in bozeman has an awd dyno, but they don't really open it up for like one car. i think the easy street guys were on the montana sticky talking about arranging to get time on that dyno, but don't know what happened. i think you're probably gonna have to suck it up and make the trip out to seattle or portland.

if i were you, i would try and get a hold of a guy on here called 16g4me. i think he's running a hydra on his wrx and from what i hear its running pretty good, so he might have some more useful input for you. hope this helps.

actually, it would almost be worth it for him to go to salt lake to cobb since the elevation difference isn't as bad as seattle/portland and that will translate into a better tune for when he's back in montucky.
