Defi BF Series Gauges
Does anyone have any pics of the Defi BF Series gauges installed in their WRX? What do you think of them in terms of accurate readings? Thanks.

I have some pics. But I'm too stupid to figure out how to post them here. So PM me your email address and I'll email them to you.
As for them being accurate. My car hasn't blown up yet so they are accurate enough for me I've had nothing to really compare them to to test if they are out. But they are Bloody Cooool. As my GF said "it's like being in a spaceship". At that time I thought to myself "yeah, and if you really knew how much they cost". Dylan |

The accuracy of these gauges is excellent. They use the highest quality senders, and the stepper motors which control the needles are super fast, and very smooth. I took alot of crap for getting these over the Autometer's I'd originaly intended to get. Pretty much everyone did a complete 180 when they saw these gauges in person. In fact, one dude is selling his autometers right now. I love the peak/hold/playback functions, and the boot and shut down shows are pretty cool. Think of it this way. Gauges are something you'll be seeing everytime you drive your car. If you spend alot of time picking out something like a lip or wheels that you like, and only see when you're outside your car. Why not get a set of gauges you realy like. -Pete |

T-Rex, sorry I don't have any means to upload a start up vid. If you follow 128's link you'll find a demo. Everyone who sees these gauges loves them, and I get alot of people driving beside me asking questions. -Pete |

Gruppe-S has them for $795 (boost, egt, oil pressue, control unit) and free shipping. I might get these gauges from them, unless someone knows of a place that sells these cheaper.

Check out his GB link, Pole Position . From all the vendors I've contacted, his prices are far lower on the Defi Stuff. -Pete |

I took everything but ignition from the clock harness. Ignition power was taken from the power mirrors switch.
