![]() Hey NASIOC!
Glad to see some people are still hanging out here. Been out of the Subaru game for quite a while and decided I wanted one more run with the EJ before it was gone for good. This will be my 4th Subaru, previous ones being 2004 WRX, 2004 STi and most recently a 2013 WRX Hatch (sold to JeffrWRX in 2015). Mostly have an OEM+ type setup in mind for this car and being back in an STi brings back some great memories. It's a 2020 base with STi Short Shifter, Auto Dimming Homelink Mirrior and All Weather Mats. Picked the car up on January 19, 2020 from Ladin Subaru in SoCal. Look forward to updating this thread as I get more serious with the tinkering. Here's where we're at so far.... Engine/Power/Exhaust: - COBB SF Intake with Air Box - Invidia Catted Downpipe w/ Extra Bung - ID 1050X w/ Plug n Play Adapters - AEM 340LPH Fuel Pump - COBB Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit - COBB Fuel Pressure Sensor - COBB 3 Port EBCS - IAG Street AOS - Red - iWIre Plug n Play Wideband Kit - COBB AccessPort with Mike Pokrajac Pro Tune - 300/330 on ACN91 - ETS Catback Exhaust with Mufflers without Resonator - InterTek Top Mount Intercooler Grille - Silver w/ Red STi Logo - GrimmSpeed Catback Adapter - OE DP to Aftermarket Catback - - Remark Axle Back Exhaust - 4" Double Wall SS Tips Exterior/Styling/Lighting: - OEM STi Front Lip - E2410VA030 - OEM STi Side Skirts - E2610VA000 - OEM STi Rear Spats - E5610VA000 - OEM JDM Rear Fog Light with Subie Bros Plug n Play and OEM+ Kit - Diode Dynamics Stage 2 LEDs - Map + Dome + Vanity + Trunk + License Plate - Subie Bros Bumper Hole Plugs - MaxPro Carbon Extreme Window Tint - 20% sides + back - Perrin Fender Shroud Kit - Red - Perrin Belt Cover - Black - Perrin EBCS Cover - Red - Grimmspeed Battery Tie Down - Red Wheels/Tires/Suspension: Transmission/Drivetrain: - OEM STi Short Shifter Interior: - JDM STi Push Start Button - ST83031ST041 Some completely stock photos for now.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The Other Toy - https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/thr...p-build.47239/ ![]() ![]() Previous Subaru - https://forums.nasioc.com/forums/sho....php?t=2513235 ![]()

![]() Been having some fun during quarantine..... Here's what we did over the last 6 months...
- COBB SF Intake with Air Box - Invidia Catted Downpipe w/ Extra Bung - ID 1050X w/ Plug n Play Adapters - AEM 340LPH Fuel Pump - COBB Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit - COBB Fuel Pressure Sensor - COBB 3 Port EBCS - IAG Street AOS - Red - iWIre Plug n Play Wideband Kit - COBB AccessPort with Mike Pokrajac Pro Tune - 300/330 on ACN91 also added a few cosmetic items... - JDM STi Push Start Button - ST83031ST041 - Perrin Fender Shroud Kit - Red - Perrin Belt Cover - Black - Perrin EBCS Cover - Red - Grimmspeed Battery Tie Down - Red - OEM STi Side Skirts - E2610VA000 - OEM STi Rear Spats - E5610VA000 The car runs absolutely beautifully on this setup. Should have come more like this from the factory. Long time local shop in the area protuned it on a Mustang dyno (Mike Pokrajac). Made an expected 300/330. I have all the parts to convert the car to Flex Fuel/E85, but I wanted to enjoy it for a few months and iron out any issues (there were NONE) on 91 octane first. Should prob make 330/380ish once on Ethanol. Goal for the stock block will probably be Cobb 20G or FP Blue XR and supporting mods (lines/rails/TGVs/1300s/inlet etc). Keeping the aesthetic stuff pretty basic on this car. I do really enjoy the full factory STi lip kit. Yes, expensive but the fitment and quality is badass. Few cell phone photos.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
