Until they make fold-up snowboards, I'll be keeping the rack.

I know what you're saying. You can tell that you actually use the rack. What I'm planning to do (not that I'll necessarily have the $$ for it) is to take of the rails and buy the removeable kind that can be used only when needed. You can buy them from UK dealers, but I haven't seen them available in the states for some reason. That way I can be shaven for everyday and put the rack on in 5 minutes when needed. For somebody that uses it so much, that's probably a waste though.

I'll be going that route next winter... Since I'm planning on moving up to an STi.

The Rota SDR's look just like the Prodrive PFF7's, right? CreoWRX, you have convinced me that I need some Rota SDR's(Prodrives are too expensive for me).

SDR's only come in 17" and the Prodrive PFF7's only come in 18". They are very similar in looks, but you can tell. I think the SDR's have the black "Rota" logo in the middle and the PFF7's are a bit cleaner in that regard.

The Rota SDR's are replicas of the GC07's, and the GC07's are available in 17" and 18".

Exactly the reason I went with the PFF7s. I would have bought the SDRs if they came in 18x7.5", but I contacted Rota and they had no intentions of producing any.

Also, the spokes of the PFF7 are a bit different than the GC-07/SDRs, as they (PFF7) don't sit as flush.
