![]() Where is the clapping smiley? You da man Eric! ![]() Our local microbrews are amongst some of the finest beers I have ever poured down my gullet, the world over. Midnight Sun brewing co. is my personal favorite. Their Imperial double chocolate pumpkin porter is pure divinity in a bottle. Potent as heck too. Their panty peeler tripel ( a belgian type beer) is awesome too. Actually, I haven't had ANY of their products I wasn't impressed with. Good stuff. We are blessed in Alaska with great local beers. The midtown brown jug has a good variety of choices of DRAFT KEGS from around the state (Homer Brewing, Silver Gulch brewing-from Fairbanks, Kassiks brewing from Kenai, as well as midnight sun, glacier brewhouse, and mooses tooth) on tap to fill your growlers and save you a trip. I highly recommend the locals over any imported bottled beers. If you do go the bottled route, my preference is Black Butte Porter or the Obsidian stout from Deschutes brewing in Bend, Oregon. Superb stuff. I love Guinness and Sheaf's stout from Australia. Grolsch is another of my favorites. A superb crisp european lager with a strong taste. Love their bottles too. Our own Aleutdude, is becoming quite the brewer himself. Sonny's is one of my favorites for many reasons. I've had his mead and wassail (a spiced or mulled wine)***8230;.this guy is gonna knock peoples' socks off once production gets underway. Be safe out there, enjoy in moderation and BOTTOMS UP! |

![]() Too many to list but Midnight Sun Brewery is at the top of the list of locals for me. A friend and coworker of mine makes great beers and one of his friends introduced me to Okocim a Polish malt liquor-yummy!

![]() Yea dude you get a 5x5 box of cups (as pictured) so you have 25 cups total. You fill 15 random cups with Vodka, and the remaining 10 cups with water. You get teams and it's just like beer pong whatever cup they make you drink.
