Lightbulb Outrageous Claim: Amazon Prime is the pinnacle of the internet

There is nothing that can provide you greater success than Amazon's prices and availability combined with Prime. There are some pretty cool things the internet can offer but nothing actually produces material products to your door faster or cheaper. Only a materializing apparatus that can instantly produce your order can surpass Prime.

Example: Large item shipping: 3-4 days = $84

Large item shipping w/ Prime: Next Day (even a Saturday!) = $3.99

This can be applied daily, and even on busy holidays without compromise. I ordered something a couple days before Christmas this year and it arrived without question with no strings attached. Seriously is there is nothing better.

Ive had good luck with prime and some shipments that didnt ship for 2-3 days. It was around Christmas time, and its understandable why it was a little late.

I've never had so much as a hiccup with Prime.

I basically never buy stuff in stores anymore. With Amazon I am assured that they have the right flavor/color/etc in stock and get it quickly.

What's even better than Amazon Prime, is an Amazon Affiliate account, which I have for my pen business.

Anything that anyone buys on amazon, using my link earns me a 6.5% referral fee! It's insane.

Amazon Prime Free! (student) + Amazon Mom sign-up (don't have to be a mom) + subscribe and save (use once then cancel) + Amazon Chase Visa =

I use my Amazon Chase while traveling on business, so I've racked up tons of Amazon points. Since I'm back in school I get Amazon Prime free, and use the Amazon Mom stuff to buy our diapers, etc. using subscribe and save. Plus whey protein, razors, etc. can be bought with subscribe and save and then you just set them to either a 6 month delivery or just cancel after the item arrives.

I'm actually considering buying the actual Prime full membership that gives me access to streaming video, etc. right now since it is half price for students.

So...yeah bacdoc...your claim is correct.

Yeah, I've bought so much stuff with free two day shipping it's ridiculous.

They actually lose money on the Prime program itself, meaning the charge for it doesn't pay for the amount they lose on shipping, but obviously they make it back on the purchases people make.

I guess I should declare that's it's greater than internet pr0n. Let's face it, you can't exactly order ****y to your front door for $3.99.

Welcome to five years ago for me. Best of all, it's been free because I simply created an email address at a college with a .edu domain.

I rarely buy anything at brick and mortar. Many things are received the next day, too.

I <3 Amazon Prime. Anytime I think of something I need, my next question to myself is "is it prime?" if it is, I will 1 click it on my phone and be done.

It got so bad at one point that my mother in law started to think my wife and I had a problem because the UPS man was at our door almost daily for months.

I love Prime. Nothing like getting a heavy sound bar and subwoofer next day for $3.99.

greatest thing since sliced bread. we've had it since its inception. Christmas tree dies two days before the holiday and Costco is out of stock? No problem! $3.99 to overnight an 80lb coffin with a new insta-tree.

Amazon has spoiled me so much with their 100% reliable just-in-time nature that I abhor using NewEgg or other websites if time matters. They always fail to come through.

Loved prime when they had the 1 year free trial and then the 1 yr free Amazon Student. Then that expired and I didn't renew. I'm thinking I should renew now since they have the Amazon student half price promotion. $39 a year is a great deal.

The only thing better than Prime is that the first year for me was free with the student thing.

Yeah, I get annoyed whenever I order something from another place and it takes a week to get to me, with a $5-10 charge on top of that.

Also, if you get an item outside of their promised date, they'll refund you the money for the total cost of the item. I've done that twice.
