In college, I once drank a beer and smoked a cigarette in the shower.

i once spent 72 straight hours on a couch that didn't belong to me with only minor bathroom breaks.

(I tried to play along, but apparently "humblebrag" is a hipster codeword that i didn't fully understand so now my post makes me look stupid. did i mention that it was uma thurman's couch?

I feel like when I try to explain the definition of a humble brag to one of these guys, it's like I have to trim all the complicated words out of how I would normally phrase it. Totally sucks.

It must be so easy for you guys with average looking wives. Not having them get hit on all the time, being able to go to a game without always being put on the jumbotron, that must be awesome.

I hear you bro. Sometimes it really sucks being the only one who really "gets it." It's like, everyone else is all happy because they can't see the big picture.

Just once, I wish I could actually get my penis in a girl without half a gallon of lube and something for her to bite down on.

Knowing the guy who invented the humblebrag is dead is a terrible burden reading this thread.

OT doesn't often latch onto these fads. I don't know if its because we are so far out-of-the-loop, or if it's just because we see how lame they are.

Mostly #2, in this case though I think the subtlety of the HB is eluding them, OP's was a perfect example, use a weakness to shed a little light on a strength.

I wish I could pull of the metro look so guys would just think I'm her gay friend. I'm really a nice guy despite the intimidating outward appearance.

My eyesight is getting really terrible. Today I went out to start the Maybach, and I was having trouble getting the key in. My mechanic pointed out that I was holding the keys to the Veyron.

Mine too. I am constantly either changing the shock damping settings or flashing the headlights when I try to push the start button on my Ferrari California.

At 48 it can be exhausting to have a hot 45 year old girlfriend who still loves sex, especially giving me oral sex.
