How much steering angle do you get out of that thing? That wheel / tire combo is nuts

Id say I get about 80-90% of my turning radius but that took a lot of cutting and hammering. Im going to make strut top spacers and add in some caster which should get me a little more turning. Next summer Im going to notch my firewall to make sure I can go full lock to lock while under compression.

In for some TLC with a new timing belt, oil pump and water pump and all new pulleys, tensioner, seals, hoses, etc.

Or just contact Patrick at Anderson Design and Fab. I'm all for making stuff ourselves, but I always have to consider the amount of research and time it would take to do it all...when it's already done and not expensive to just buy it.

They are chargespeed mirrors, these ones are in pretty rough shape and need new clearcoat. My car is a little rough around the edges so I don't mind.

Thanks. Crazy how pricey they are but awesome nonetheless. Might have to look into the BaysonR replicas

I kind of agree with you. Although sometimes it's fun to try and build it yourself and not have to spend $300-400 on something that I might be able to make myself for a fraction of the cost in materials. My main problem is I can't run ADF's or anyone else's strut top spacers that add caster/camber because everyone only offers them with an additional 2" of lift and with out running subframe spacers that would stretch my axles too much and cause a lot of issues. ADF does offer 1"-1 3/8" HDPE strut top spacers however those don't add any caster. I might be able to just run those HDPE spacers and do some of the free caster mods along with notching my firewall and then be able to turn lock to lock again. I could also just run smaller tires but where's the fun in that? Haha.

Aye don't even consider using photobucket, they want you to pay for the privilige of anyone else seeing your pictures.

I've switched to Imgur and some others use Flickr

Yea what's up with photo bucket? What sucks the most is when you are trying to look up something in an old thread and all the pics don't work.

I feel ya. On my 03 TS, I had forester struts, lifted forester king springs, and 2" fronts/3" rear strut spacers (ADF). Needed 2" subframe spacers to make it work.

You used to be able to download your galleries from photobucket, not sure if they made that a paid feature or not (haven't checked there in a while for obvious reasons) but if you still can, you can then re upload your stuff en masse to imgur or wherever

Making an s202 or jdm sti clone is so passe in my opinion. I think where he brought it is much better. Why be a clone of a stock car from japan when you can be original? Being a clone doesn't sound appealing to me.
