Late night host tend to only joke about relevant topics, so Trump will be out of that category by June

HBOMAX probably gave them a chunk of change for it, plus maybe some of the signup $$$ for X period of time?

It does make Disneys move with Mulan look like a total money grab.

Srsly, Conan's one of the kindest people on late night.

His Conan Without Borders specials have ALL been gold. I would assume whatever he does next will still be very worthwhile, especially if he isn't pushing to get a new hour out every single weeknight.

AT&T or WarnerMedia own HBO and DC Films and Warner Bros so all the money goes to the same company anyway.

Sorry.

Good news also, I was able to just link to my Prime Video Channel, so no extra billing item

With Roku being the lone standout now it's only a matter of time. I have an Amazon TV for my living room TV but a Roku TV in my bedroom where I watch a lot of TV so I'd really like for them to get this deal done.

No doubt. I use to be a long time follower. Even when he moved to TBS and YT... Then he started doing basically nothing but trump related stuff and I couldn't take it anymore.

His interview podcast is great! Hardly ever says the T word.

So, I guess I need to subscribe to HBO Max now...

Warner Bros. to release every 2021 movie on HBO Max at same time as theaters

Might have to. Just what needed is another streaming service.

So you can go to the website and get a 20% discount if you prepay. Or comcast will let me add for $15 a month  If I sign up through the HBO Max site what are the streaming options like for smart TVs?

I'm logged onto (on the smart TVs) my brother in law's Amazon Prime account and he has HBO. I'll have to persuade him to upgrade to Max.

So I'm a Prime user and it's... you can do it, it's just mildly complicated.

He can sign up for HBO max "through his provider" which is Prime, instead of Comcast or whatever. He'll then have an HBO max account.

Then you can put the app on your devices and sign in. It'll give you a 6 digit code. He has to enter that into his browser to link it.

Mildly annoying, but not too hard once it got started.

There should be an app, there is on Samsung Smart TV's at least.

We're cancelling Netflix and keeping HBO Max for the time being, planning to switch back and forth on occasion.

I don't know if it's cheaper than getting cable TV for me, but I can say there is a LOT more content I'd like to watch, without ads, on demand... which is how I watch.

No ****ing around with DVRs. Just tons of content.

I've started the Harley Quinn cartoon. TV-MA. It's pretty ****ing funny. Commissioner Gordon is this crazed old man who's basically about to lose it at any second by all of the crazy **** that happens in Gotham.

For those that watched Euphoria (great series), there will be a season 2 + two extra season 1 episodes.

Do they have a year long Subscription for HBOmax like Disney+ does?

There are at least 6 movies on that list I want to see. I would gladly do a year sub for a discount.
