installed with new ngk plugs, idle is about same as id1000, it seems like my fuel map will be more linear and smooth though, not 100% but it seems like areas where I had to bump fuel up now needs go down

Yeah I thought it was smoother too after the swap. Dropped fuel master from 10 to 7ms. But I added fuel instead....

I dropped my fuel table about 15 points across most of the cells, adjusted to 20 psi so far still needs allot of time. Here is how it looks as far as today.

Top ID1300
Bottom ID1000

The afx is a good unit. Most of them use the same sensor as the innovate though. It's the same thing we had on the dyno.

AFX used NTK, and AEM and Innovate use Bosh
Reason I don't like the Innovate because it has 1 ground and doesn't have signal ground, so every day I have to adjust calibration table or it will read 1. AFR offset no matter where the ground wire placed. Also E9 errors come up from time to time.

Interesting. I grounded mine through the signal ground of the ecu.

Always has been spot on with the cal

Incorrect. They may have setups with them, but they also use Bosch. I would know, I bought 30 or more replacement sensors for it in four years.

Yeah they have the cheaper units with Bosch lsu sensor and more expensive unit with the ntk sensor. Replacement sensor is $$ but they say it lasts much longer

I did that too, but still it would offset, i think Aem has better internals than Innovate…
Strange why website says ntk replacement sensor.

Id2000's? That seems excessive. If you're on 1300's that might be about right. What pump/s?

The innovate is a much better wideband than aem. It's so much faster reading as well. Yes it's a pain to calibrate but log wise it's much better as far as getting your afr dialed in.

Also mine reads perfectly with my aem. When I use the aem wideband I have to manipulate the voltages to get it to read correctly. Pain!!

And yeah 70% seems high on s80 and only 20 psi if you're on 2000's unless it's a single pump.

The pump/s is/are what's important. All about the volume.

You did notice the title of this tread right?

Anton,
do you have indication of fuel pressure in the car? Just wondering if you're getting some taper.

Also, what AFR are you targeting at 20psi?

Cool.
70 percent isn't bad really. You still have another 20% or more to go. That's what, another hundred or more hp?
You can run these injectors at high duty cycles unlike the old school big bodied injectors that were limited to 85.

nvm at 6500 rpm and 22psi im at 96%, made 460 whp on virtual dyno.
Could intank stock fuel filter be limiting the pump flow? Stock fuel lines should be fine right?

That doesn't make sense. You shouldn't be that high.

What is fuel pressure at 7000 rpm and 22 psi?
