Neal buys SVX, svx gets totalled....
And I DIDN'T EVEN DO IT!
The owner was driving it down to Evanston last night around 8pm. I had a bank check in hand. I was buying his car for a cheap ass price because the tranny was slipping but we all know about that weakness in the SVX 4eat. Not a big deal. Well he was about 5 minutes away from my house when someone ran a red and t-boned him.  Hes fine and all, but I am sure as hell not buying the car now  I went to go check out the scene and boy did it look bad. His passanger door, fender are wrecked, the rim has some nice angle on it. Also seems like the impact broke the windshield  Fortunally he was hit by a SUV-exploder w/ a brush guard and a teenie bopper driver, so insurance is gonna cover it...(it seems)This is my problem though... I can't decide, god hate me....or him? |
