Default Open source tuners in the Northeast?

Anyone know of any really good open source tuners in the Northeast?

I'm looking to add a elh and possibly bigger turbo to my Cobb tuned setup. I can't get retuned on Cobb due to greenspeed and emissions items that may or may not be on my car. Looking for an open source tuner who can dyno tune. Preferably within 3 hours of nyc if possible.

Let me know if you have any recommendations.

ive been having the same problem trying to find someone to sell me a fully automatic SBR... if you find your answer, please post up all the details for everyone to see.... federal agencies definitely dont use the internet to track down people who skirt their laws that were imposed by usurping the legislative process.

Relax, I'm asking if anyone knows an open source tuner. Last I checked the fbi wasn't busting in doors for open source tuned cars.

Yes they are! The EPA fined Rally Sport Direct for $3,000,000 for selling EGR deletes. You specifically said you wanted to bypass your emissions, on a public forum which is without a doubt monitored by the EPA.

In California, a guy had the registration to his stock Hyundai Veloster revoked because a cop said was too loud. You act like government overreach is a conspiracy theory when it has become the norm.

Personally insult me all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that no tuner is gonna put their neck on the line so you can get 3 extra hp. And if there is one, they aren't gonna advertise it in the place where the EPA compiles evidence to use against companies.

Good luck with your mighty intellect!

You must not have heard about the tuner fiasco with the EPA last year...

Not personally attacking you at all dude. All of that is super information and I'm well aware of what the EPA has been doing to companies. However your response had nothing to do with my ask.

Last I checked open source tuning a car is still legal. My ask was if anyone can recommend an open source tuner in the area. They can dm me privately as I'd like to get dyno tuned.

I happen to own a tactrix cable and have romraider, but I don't have a dyno... I'm looking to get dyno tuned. I'm not asking a tuner to do anything illegal. I can access the ROM myself as well.. but I can't do a dyno tune.
