The nice thing about that $10,000 tub of carnuba is that Zymol will refill it for life at no charge.

A bargain at twice the price!

is it really a good idea to apply wax with your hands like that? Or is it just that wax?

Well it does contain a good bit of acid. So you need to act fast of you can end up w/ fait fading of paint.

I wish I could wash my car that well... I really do not enjoy living on a dirt road, plus my car is black so it just makes it 20 times worse.

I'd like to know too... Is it better to apply the wax with your hands, or is it just that certain kind of wax. I had no idea.

I dunno, I found it easier to apply the carnuba wax from Griots Garage literally by hand as your body heat melts it. Bird droppings is probably one of the worst things for your paint. If it sits long enough it will etch the clear coat and sometimes polishing will not remove it.

lets just say that Jager was involved and maybe some redbull and Dr. Pepper and it was like 93degrees by 11am the next day and it kinda "etched" itself into the hood..

thats why if its your party you never pass out first.. or your friends will poop on your hood and think its funny.. and no matter how mad you are, you still kinda think its funny...

It's not that crazy.

I wash my subie every weekend and wax every other. But I spend about 1/100 of what he costs.

I wouldn't run my Enzo or MC12 through the Chevron clean and shine for the amount of $$$ I just spent.

Everyone who cares about their respective car's paint should always carry a bottle of spray detailer and a CLEAN micofiber towel with them in their glove box. Just in case Pigeon McPhee decides to go on a bombing run!
