Yes, it does fit the stock holes, but there are 2 extra middle bolts that can either be used for additional support OR removed to maintain the true stock holes for any other wing like the stock or Scoobysport.

I'd say use the extra bolts as the wing is fairly large and it seems like it can use all the support that it can get. Wouldn't want that wing to fly off would ya?!
