Plants can survive shipping.... the flowers... not so much.

Either drive or order it from a florist local to her and have her deliver.

Assuming you can keep it from being destroyed. Wrap it in several layers of soaking paper towels. This is still kinda meh

Get some place who does it for real to do it, since it's obv something that matters to you. Don't mess it up!

That's the way I've shipped aquarium plants, but I doubt that would work for a fragile flower. Also, most of the aquarium plants are classified as "weeds" and are damn near impossible to kill, so... yeah.

Just drive down there, knock boots, and come back.

Call a local florist in her town. They usually have a cheap arrangement available for delivery that day. I do it all the time in the 20 dollar

Get one of those plastic test tubes with the rubber top that keeps water on the stem from a florist. Send the rose using that, and then break off all contact with the girl. You can still send the rose and even if it gets there mangled she'll still see the thought you put into it. Realistically she'll appreciate the idea of the whole thing rather than get pissed off because the rose may be a little torn.
