How's about Umass Lowell.... Fox Hall parking lot? Or even better.. south campus... commuter parking lot. Plenty large.. maybe time it so that it's during spring break... I doubt security would bother us... plus.. as long as one person is a student... what are they going to say?

That's a kind of expensive way to waste money...

we should also consider the fact that we've already done a MA meet so to speak- that's usually the big one. if we were to do a larger meet, we should pick another state since that's what we've done in the past

just saying

I think RI would be a good choice

speed safely

Well, We had the last meet in MA in May (snow)

But we really haven't had any 'official' meets since then. (Unless you count Maine Forest)

Hmmmm......

My vote goes to RI, as well. We haven't been there yet, have we? Yes, let's go there.

I say Newport. Let's storm the rich people. Heh, seriously though it'd make a great photo opportunity, don't you think?
Even in the winter.

Great woods really wasn't a meet. It was to work the Rally.

There's really no place in Newport that can hold 100+ cars... real estate is at a premium here.

And yes, we've done RI 2 times, both at Roger Williams Zoo.

Bah, fine Providence then. I just want my wife to see Newport, she's never been there.

I didn't know there were RI meets. *shrug* Well it's still a good option for me, hell it's only like 90 minutes or something from where I live.

Although... if we did a MA meet.... Provincetown/Truro or something like that would also be cool.

I say we just find a decent size pull off on like the Pike or 93 or something, how bout the liquor store in NH before the tolls on 93 ... usually plenty of parking, easy to get to for most, and they can't really bother us can they?

Then again, maybe thats not the best option..... amazing how your head clears in the middle of typing out a post doesn't it.

personally i think RI is a great state... i mean if you look at any map its doing its job holding massachusetts up.

Theres always umass amherst as well im a student tehre and im sure that I can pull some strings and get us a place to play. Will work it out so its an event here that the umass motorsports club helps to bring to campus or something. but it doesnt matter really where it is as long as i dont have school im up for driving some.

How about Misquamicutt (sp?) State Beach? Is that HUGE parking lot open in the springtime??

We could do a catless convoy through historic Watch Hill.

Not a bad idea, gibjer!

Oh wait... 100 Subaru freaks parked at a liquor store.

I see your point, scratch that.

Well, maybe we could turn a meet into a Subaru car show. Bill Harvey is a policeman in Kingston where I live, and hell the chief lives upstairs in our apartment (a house with six or so units)...
Hmm.
A car show in Kingston State Park. There's a bunch of little side roads in there... If we did it in spring maybe we could park a few on the lawn....

Okay, weird idea, but it looks cool in my head.
