The graph does not look normal at all. It should be much smoother imho. Especially with the smoothing set at 5.
Just my opinion based on what I have been seeing here for the last 8 years. |

I'm not sure that the motor's unhealthy based on the graph alone. I can say that it seems to spool pretty late for a 47lb turbo though.

I dont think the motor is the problem... it looks like a tune issue to me, but whaddo i know.
