The oil analysis thread (blackstone, etc).
Hi all,
Just thought of this idea as there are so many opinions on which oil change frequencies, oil brand, weight, filters, etc are best. So, if you have had one, or multiple oil analyses, please share the following (if i'm missing something, please mention it): 0.) reason for testing 1.) oil brand and weight 2.) miles driven on the oil 3.) filter used 4.) viscosity result 5.) fuel % result 6.) insolubles % result 7.) any other metal content that might be related to "0" or, you can simply post up a snapshot of your analysis and give any details required. stock or <stage2 cars preferred to keep things as relevant as possible. let's build up this database
