Default Local shops that do cheap spring install

as stated above, i've called some mainstream shops (car x, ntb, and etc) and they wanted to do it for 300. i kno some people have some good hookups at local shops. any suggestions? thanks any would be appreciated.

Call DS1 or P&L. I cant remember, but one of em quoted around 200 I think. If you can, I would do it yourself. Its pretty self explanatory and there are step by step directions on here with pictures. I did the rears for the first time and it took me around 1.5 hours, still have to do the fronts, but I think I did it in a decent time.
