Default JDM Legends new shop

JDM Legends, A shop of car enthusiasts dreams. The place you feel like a child playing with your brand new matchbox cars again. You just get an overwhelming sense of joy walking into a shop like this, seeing all of these vintage cars being brought back to life by the mad scientist and shop manager Eric Bizek. I finally got a chance to go to their new shop location after a recent move, and I must say this location is way better and more centrally located than the last one. I arrive at what I think is the location and then immediately know for sure it is the place after seeing this low and amazing starlet.

I walk in the front door to see Eric busy working on a time attack Subaru making some final tweaks before the season starts for one of his customers cars and Ryan, his co-worker, rebuilding a set of carbs for an old skyline. I look to the left to be greeted by this beautiful scene...

and in the other corner

Then after taking a couple of pictures of these amazing cars I hear it, the heart racing sound of a vintage skyline starting up, and man I have to say it sounds intoxicating. I only wish Eric could let me take one for a spin, just the sound of it idling makes me start to think of racing it. And then it pulls in...

I can't resist to ask if we could put them all in a row and get a good ol family portrait of the 3 most premium vintage JDM cars in Utah, and he kindly obliges to my request.

Notice all of the sexy curves these vintage beauties had, one could only wish that modern cars had this much character...

After drooling over these cars for what seems like hours I decide to go check out the rest of the shop and see what it is all about. I see this beautiful wall of collected car parts that would make anyone happy to be hanging in their garage.

And on the other side the time attack car that he was working on.

During the photoshoot Eric was still plugging away at his projects as well as helping me with moving the cars to get good shots, and finishing up all the details of the day he still has time to lend a helping hand to my friend on ideas for his manifold, he always makes time for all of his customers no matter what the job size.

I highly recommend checking this shop out and seeing all of the beauty for yourself. The new location is great and I cant wait until spring when we can have a meet there!

Tony, you word things so wonderfully. You should look into writing a pornographic novel. I'd probably sprut a few pages in.

Wow, thanks for the write up Tony! Your pics look awesome as usual... I can't wait to see the ones you did for the new banners

We're planning on having some sort of a grand re-opening meet at the new place sometime around the end of March and all my fellow Suby geeks in the RMIC are always more than welcome to attend. I'll post it up here when we decide on an exact date.

Dr. Bizek says- "If your car is over 30, bring it in for an annual port screening. We inspect for any lumps or irregularities deep in the bowels of your manifold. Remember, 95% of problems can be prevented with early screening."

Nice shots Tony, Did you get a new lens? 12-24mm, maybe? Are you coming to the meet/ Cnc tomorrow? It should be a good turn out, Eric said he will try to be there in one of his cars.

Those lumps are sensitive, that's why Dr. Bizek is going to operate and remove all irregularities in my hole.

Had I known my lumps were going to be subject to discussion and him with his finger in my hole, I would have spit shined it a bit.

Sheesh, when I overheard you talking to him, I heard discussion on putting in a new bung. It must be more serious than I thought
