Wouldn't it just be safer to pull the fuse till you get tuned? My spray at all. It's only a few days..

I wouldn't do it. Pull the fuse like wrx-error said.

It will make your car slow as crap, but if that's what you want go ahead. Or just pull the fuse.

I tried this.

Sounds to me like you haven't done much research... Why would you dump water into your motor without a tune? Common sense really...

What would you think if someone else typed that? People with cars do a lot of things, and they think they have no problems. This doesn't mean they had no problems even though they might not have, and imo it's not a good reason to do something(point).

It's good to know the injection system works before you get your car tuned, and that's the reason most people use for injecting without being tuned for it. Course, you can test the system without injecting stuff into the engine, and imo it can do more harm then good to inject stuff into the engine without being tuned for it. If you inject water without being tuned for it, you could end up with a good amount of water in your oil(screech, screech, plop), hydrolock(plop), misfire(silence), and you will lose power. This basically makes doing it(injecting without being tuned for it) useless unless you need to do it to prevent something bad from happening, and even then it would be wise to weigh the options and deside not to drive the car. Course that's just how I see it.......

peace
