Ok, so I have this Navy Ball coming up towards the end of April. I need a date for it, and currently my only option is someone who is just a friend. Honestly, I'd rather a real date. The CO has a cute daughter who is my age. My goal is to take her to the Navy Ball.

Now, I'd like to provide the following information.
1.) I've seen the CO's daughter once, a year ago. We did not converse.
2.) As far as I know, none of my friends know her. I know one girl who took a class with her 2 years ago or something like that. Anyways, she's a Christian and supposedly a really nice girl, and knowing the CO, I think we'd get along pretty well.
3.) Given the above circumstances, I have no idea how to meet said girl. I could ask the CO, but I'm not sure how I would phrase it to not sound like a total jackass.
4.) The CO has a good sense of humor, so pulling this off isn't as suicidal as it may seem. I won't be IDPing her at the night's end.
5.) She's 4'11"

tell the CO your story of how you need some one for the date for the navy ball and you dont know anyone to ask or something. if you are lucky as **** he'll bring up the idea of his daughter. if he doesnt then you probably shouldnt push it.
