![]() subscribed. I still would love to take a GL hatchback and strip it down and make it a little rally cross car.

![]() ![]() 2000 2.5RS with 2004 STi struts, 2007 WRX sedan springs and modified rear top mounts. 15x7 Raceline RL7 wheels with 195/65/15 Kumho R700 rally tires. Ride height is 15.25" in front (raised 1") and 14.75" in rear (raised 0.5"). Undefeated for 1st place overall at every rallyx I've competed in with it. (only used that particular suspension 3 times, but it was definitely the best I've used) Currently retired from motorsports, & the STi struts have been replaced with 2007 WRX sedan struts for better ride quality. I took this photo after it got home from taking the top spot at the SCCA NE regional championship in Oakland Acres, VA this year. This is my favorite car ever. ![]() The 99 RS is now on the 04 STi struts, with 03 WRX springs (no modified top mounts needed) - ride height is 15.25" all around.
