You referring to the front lip spoiler on the Grey car?

Answer would be 'no'. That car is equipped with an optional $1800 'off road design package' that adds some plasticky fender rock blocker winglets I don't care for, I'm doing the standard front lip and rear diffuser but I opted mine to be grayed out to blend in with the rest of the car.

The side running boards are greyed out as well.

Yeah I don't like those wheels either. The ones that come in the turbo model are way better.

Yeah the grey one. It looks way more aggressive. I like the winglets. When's your wedding anniversary? You might be getting an $1800 "gift".

Makes the car look super tame in comparison.

I'm not a fan of the winglets, their presence makes it more difficult for clean application of PPF on those body panels because they're fixed in place, and ironically despite their function being 'rock/gravel' blockers they have been found to collect rock/pebbles during off road trail tests.

The only cool part in the ORDP for me is the front lip like you said.

Most people have boring tastes and Tesla fits perfectly into that mold. The designs are simple and safe. Unfortunately that's what sells and is why I've never been into Audi and VW, except a couple of specific models here and there.

The Tesla Roadster looks pretty good, though.

Nice cross segment comparison review between the Taycan 4S vs Audi E Tron GT.

For fans of the UK Motoring show Fifth Gear I was chuffed to see Tom 'Wookie' Ford back in screen. He was one of my favorite auto presenters period.

Looks like my production has been officially scheduled to begin end of August

And furthermore despite production delays this may actually work out for me.

Reading a thread on Rennlist, this may be a good thing for me because apparently the Porsche factory shuts down in July for its mid production year break and when it opens again in August they begin building 2022 model year cars.

So mine may be possibly reassigned as a 2022 which comes with an updated infotainment system that finally supports Android Auto.

Wait a minute... You ordered a 2021 that DOESN'T support Android Auto??? There are just some modern amenities and tech that most manufacturers should offer as standard at this point. Especially on a luxury car. AA/AC seems like a top priority.

Porsche has been support Apple Car Play for years now but had some weird BS issue with Google impeding the introduction of standard Android Auto in their cars.

Whatever it was Porsche finally got over it and are implementing standard AA along Apple Car Play with select 2022 model year cars, the 911 and Taycan, and then will roll it out to the rest of their model line once those cars get the latest version PCM (infotainment hardware) ver 6.0.
