ARELLI Spinners?
Would ARELLI Bling Bling Series Spinners fit the baja? I am looking into that HOT new mod and if I want rims I might as well out do myself. WOULD THEY FIT is the question! Here is a whole list of sizes. I have no clue witch ones to get, that would also mean which tires should I get.

What bolt pattern do I need? 4x100 / 4x4.5 / 5x100 / 5x4.25 / 5x115 / 5x4.5 / 5x120
The offset for a 16x7.5 (which I think is same size as stock) arelli bling bling series spinner is +38mm. It this tire ready to bolt up even with the stock tires? Last edited by 2003Baja; 02-16-2004 at 01:39 PM. |

To each his own, for sure. BUT, may I make a suggestion here. Given the general "trend" of these spinners and bling bling wheels, I wouldnt waste my money putting 16"s on. You need to go with at least an 18 or 19" wheel to get the full effect. Ideally you'd probably want a 20" for this type of look. Try to get the tire shop to test fit one for you. Dont mean to flame you, but this look is just not generally accepted by the majority of the subaru crowd, so dont expect too many responses. Scott |

In other words, the rims will be pushed outwards by about an inch, which may cause fender rubbing and accelerated ball joint and wheel bearing wear. Who knows, they just might fit, but I don't think it's going to function very well. But I do agree that if you were to do this, go with something like a 20", a 16" spinner with original size Potenza's would just look weird.
Of course, there's always the new spinner hubcaps like I saw on a Hyundai last night!!! That was a good 14" or so |

the stock wheel is 16x7.5 +53 on 5x100. Sadly, a +38 offset will not be enough, at least not with a big wheel...you may get away with it with a 16" and small tire, but I don;t think its big enough for the spinner effect to really capture someone's attention.
And who cares if it "generally accepted" or not. If everyone did what was generally accepted the world would be BORING. YOU do whatever YOU want. Its YOUR car. |

Caution; old geezer here!
When this thread started I didn't even know what "spinners" where. Judging by the picture I thought it was just a giant blinger rim...my 10 year old had to straighten me out!
Spinners, interesting |
