Default A/C chirping noise

So it's starting to get warm out and i decided to turn on my A/C after not using it for a long while. When i turned it on, i heard a chirping noise for about 3-4 seconds before it stopped. As i put my car into reverse to back out of my driveway, the chirping kicked back up until i came out of reverse and took off in 1st. I'm not hearing it when I'm driving except for a split second every once in a while during cruising. I'm not too experienced when it comes to belts and the A/C system, so i figured i'd ask to see if anyone has any idea what the cause of this is or has experienced this themselves?

Update: I noticed one of my belts was slightly looser than the other, so i tightened it a quarter of a turn. I'm not really sure how tight "too tight" is, so i'm kinda iffy on going tighter. turned the car on and heard the chirp for a split second and let sit. Didn't hear it again, but won't know for sure till i head to work in the morning. Anyone have any other suggestions or prior experience with the issue?

As far as the loose belts go, no more than 1/2" depression at the center point of the belt between the 2 pulleys.

As for the chirping noise, take an air gun and blow out all the dust around the A/C compressor housing. You'll get a bunch of red dust come flying out. That will stop the chirping noise
