Eh.. emblem overlays are pretty tacky. If you painted your lip gloss black it would look tons better too.

Coming along nicely! I like it.

The pics never really give off the quality of these overlays. In person, you hardly notice them - they just look stock (except the steering wheel one of course), which for me is a plus. No glow-in-the-dark or backlighting or neon colors.

Good stuff.

Love the lip...how was it to install? The instructions show templates to tape on the bumper cover and then drill. Did you do that or use the lip for the template?

The point of the lip is mainly to protect the lower front bumper from scratches - especially here in nyc. I like it as is - painting it would fuse it too much to the car.

As for overlays, it depends which ones you choose - some can be tachy - I wanted simple, not in your face colors. Don't think they look tachy - but thats personal opinion and taste

Very easy install. I deviated from the instructions a bit.

We drilled regular holes through the lip and into the bottom spoiler, then we used plastic push rivets throughout (similar to the ones in the below picture). The plastic rivets will allow easy donning on/off of the lip and in case it is damaged it will not further damage the bumper - as in the case of using screws.

I did use two of the push in rivets from the bag that came with the lip, both insert right in the middle of the lip.

Nice choice on the wheels, I just picked up a set for my 2011 sedan in hyper silver. Can't wait to see them mounted on both cars!

Thanks! I like a stealthy look when I modify my cars - these will fit that description.

lol

As I was purchasing my WRX at Manchester Subaru NH I got to checkout the STi and let me tell you it is scary as hell opening up that trunk - you think the spoiler will go through the window!

I'm sticking with my stealthy WRX "mini duck" spoiler.

Tuesday I pulled the bumper and removed the headlights. Separated, and did a complete blackout. Loving the looks.

Added 2014 Limited STi wheels on as well.

Great look! Definitely good matching rims compared to the other STi ones (personal opinion).

These seriously should have been the stock rims for the WRX! Grrrrr

Can't wait to do my headlights as well. I'm going to try to keep some of the chrome on mine - a semi-JDM look. I have the LED kit ready as well.

Also thought this would be nice to add to my new rims - my brother is very happy with them on his Legacy

MrRicH, excellent choice on the wheels! Some 15mm - 20mm spacers to fill that wheel arch a bit would make it look amazing.

Thanks sc00ter. We chose a set that (unlike my Enkeis which needed 17 or 20mm spacers) will not require any spacers thanks to the low offset (+35mm). They should come out up against the fender line rather nicely. Will know more next weekend when everything arrives and gets mounted (tires already here).

BelliPotens! Loving those wheels man and the color of the ride. I was on my way to that color and someone snatched the carpet from underneath me and got it first

But here is mine. And i am loving it so far. Looking at yours gives me some pointers and ideas too Looking clean!

If you get a chance could you weigh one of those TSP6 wheels along with the stock wheel. I'd like to know the difference! Can't wait to see pics!

Looks great. I went with a new pair of silver Enkei's from the 2011 STI on my 2015 WRB WRX.

TSP6s are on.... and Bellipotens' saw they were good!

He glanced at the offset, the wheels, the matching valve stems, black chrome spline drives, the breaks peeking out from behind the concave wheel and aggressive spokes and thought to himself.... that'll do pig, that'll do!

Shop and nighttime pics coming soon!

We didn't get a chance to weigh them (the tire shop was closing down for the night) but held all wheel/tire combos in our hands and I can tell you that even with the tires mounted the TSP6s + Michelins are significantly lighter than the stock 17s + Dunlops. At least 3-4 lbs at each corner.

As for the TSP6s themselves, the rims alone felt very light. Not RPF1 light and perhaps not 'Racing series' Enkei light but close.
They were also significantly lighter than my stock 17s off the Legacy.

I'm really looking forward to those pics. I've been planning on the same TSP6 wheels on my DGM Limited. I know that would make two of us with what is basically the same exact setup but I really like those wheels!
