Default one side fog lamp not working

So I've had a cracked fog lamp on my passenger side since I bought my car. The driver side has always worked fine, but after I replaced the passenger side lamp, it suddenly stopped working. The new passenger side one works fine, what could it be?
I checked the fuse box and as far as I can tell there's only one fuse for both lamps and it's fine.

Check the bulb. It's probably burned out.
