Default EVAP leak check valve replacement GR

2013 WRX hatch

I've been hunting down EVAP codes and found that the leak check valve is misbehaving. The resistance is in spec and I can feel it clicking on and off. I checked airflow per the service manual (EC(w/o STI)-22) and it is leaking air without power and partially seals with power.

I searched the p/n (20825AA00A) but only found 42084SC010 as a potential replacement for the whole assembly. Is it possible to replace just the valve? It has tabs but I can't figure out how to pop out the valve.

Thanks for the help

mzisman4-the pn you show is it for the rear check valve or the one up front? The one I replaced was in the rear near the gas tank above the axle arch/perch. That one requires the whole assembly be replaced. It was a real pain to do...like took almost 3 hours and that was with a lift. No Bueno!
