Its the JDM thing to do
I debadged my WRX and STi. Looks better and cleaner.
But correct me if im wrong, JDM WRXs and STis don't have that SUBARU badging.
I remember seeing a Best Motoring video and the WRXs on there didn't have the SUBARU badge.

This happened to me! He/she just left the "Make/Model" part blank

I have been pulled over twice in the last 15 years BW (before WRX). In the last two years since I bought my WRX, the count is now 23 times. Maybe I should debadge the license plate! Actually three of the pull overs were for no front plate. Too much air blockage for the intercooler.

It would be cool to get kanji (Japanese characters) to replace the S U B A R U.

Actually no sarcasm, it would be just as mysterious as nothing.

On a sarcastic note, let's start a club and badge our trunks with R I C E

when i first got the car, i liked the fact that no one knew what it was, so I decided to confuse them even more by debadging everything. But now that WRX's are pretty popular now, I think it just looks cleaner.

its cleaner, and theres always the chance that some idiot will try to steal it and use a screw driver instead of a hairdryer and floss.

i just took off the dealer decals (omg, it was one letter at a time...kill me), but they added this subaru logo so i left that. kinda looks good under the Impreza badge at the corner. i dunno yet.

my father's Acura TL-S says "A C U R A" across the back too and i like it. i was considering debadging the WRX Impreza and leaving Subaru.

how hard to come by is that double sided sticky tape since its a lease?

My Impreza L is debadged.... because I painted it and never got around to putting the "Subaru" back on. It really needs to be rebadged because the rear of that car looks so bland.

My RS, on the other hand, is badged. I have no plans of removing those.

With my I-badge up front, it is the only thing that says subaru on the exterior of the car. (well, sometimes I have my STi foglight covers on.)
