window/door lock switches supposed to light up?

My window lock and door lock switches dont light up, are they supposed to? the only one that does light up is the drivers window on the drivers door (the one that lights up "auto"). I tried searching, but no luck.

Thats what mine do i always wondered about that.

I guess its normal.

Normal - if you pull the switch apart, you will see that there is only the one LED on the board - some people have added additional LEDs to light up other switches.

thats a pretty bad design, they made the switch with the translucent symbol on it, but they didnt put an led behind it.
