Why not use him for an etune? He can also do live etuning on a dyno.

Ive been toying with the idea... my car is certified so i have 100k powertrain. I think im going to run stock for awhile and if i get sick of it in awhile ill consider it. For now im enjoying it the way it is but i could only imagine how much a nice tune would make a difference. I bet your flex fuel will be ridiculous! Cant wait to hear about the results. Your car looks great man! Ill subscribe to hear all about it!

Default My 2018 WRX Limited Build Thread

Just installed the JDM armrest extension from AVO JDM. Instructions are in Japanese but the YouTube videos are good. I'm kind of surprised the color doesn't match 100% but it's not too noticeable.

Currently battling with the dreaded J pipe bolt and a seized rear O2 sensor. I can't believe how hard this install is even with 2k miles.

But I successfully Installed the Group N pitch stop mount. Same design as stock but with harder rubber inserts.

The only things thats stopped me from buying the jdm armrest is that color mismatch. Those are the first pictures where i could see the difference others were talking about on here. Is it as noticeable in person as it is in that pic?

Finished the J pipe install, I was able to easily get all 4 studs out with the 2nut method. Got the Flex Fuel kit installed very easily. 1st log is sent to the tuner...

Hard to say. I don't think anyone else will notice besides us car peopls. You'd only really be able to see it from the backseat. I really like the driving position with the added armrest.

Got my first tank of E85, final blend was 60%, did my first pull for the tuner. I was nervous at first but it's noticeably quicker on the pulls.

Definitely going to be getting that JDM armrest extension! I can't stand how I can't even reach the stock one in my '18!

Hey there! Nice to see you on this forum. We remember you from the Fusion world! Happy to see you've already got a Boomba part on vehicle. I'm sure this WRX is worlds different from your last car, lol.

Oh yea! I was a product tester for you on the Fusion, too. My love of Boomba will extend to the WRX. I had such a good experience with my Fusion and Boomba parts I’m a loyal customer for life!

I like them. They have a lot of coverage. I bought the same brand for my last car and they held up well. I run them all year round to keep the stock mate in pristine shape for when I sell the car later ob
