If you are worried about some unknown confounding variable of people who have not posted on nasioc about their failures, the point you are missing is that these people are MORE LIKELY to post on nasioc about their failures and have probably already done so. Leaving only the LARGE general subaru owner population which HASNT had any ringland failures - this population is untested and unsampled.
Not once have I said anything of the sort. Stop with your damn straw man arguments.

Let's revisit the original argument.

Zackg is saying an aftermarket tune doesn't help.

So, you clearly didn't comprehend my point. The point is, the data is ****ing not reliable! It doesn't matter what numbers you find after crawling the web.

Asking for such data shows your lack of understanding. No one is going to publicly admit their motor blew up after modifying the engine/software which would unarguably lead to a denial of warranty coverage if SoA were to find out.

Not to mention, the way a car is driven has a huge impact on how likely it is to blow up. Do a pull twice a day getting on to the interstate? That is not 'beating' on your engine. AutoX?

Your statistical model leaves so much out that to even suggest that as a valid means of measurement is laughable.

Umm when I asked him that it was pretty clearly a joke because CLEARLY no such data EXISTS.

Then you are asking me to follow my own advice - get some stats. then you said the stats arent available. And even if they were available, you said theyre unreliable.

No wonder you win so many arguments with yourself

We're arguing two clearly different things here, and youre annoying as hell with your circular BS!

Ah the good ole days. None of the new people will get the reference. For the record I've got some pretty funny pics of a few of us. The one with Jesse biting it on that gas powered skateboard thing of Dan's is on the hard drive of a busted laptop. I keep meaning to get a powered enclosure for it. Lot's of good stuff on that hard drive.Pretty sure that is a line drawing of Degrasse Tyson. Who never emailed me back by the way.

Me at one of the Fridays meets back when we were mad at QSL .

Adam (Diiligaf) at Jesse and Erika's reception. Mancini and one hell of an Autox driver in the background.

Dan and his wife again at the reception.Super awesome Dexterous looking on.

So are you akin to putting bigass flowers in your hair LOL! Edit your post to get rid of the other pix before someone starts whining about it.

I ended up riding home asleep in the back seat. I didn't post that pic to ridicule you. Just reminiscing.

So is this south track going to be more or less like the dual drag strip they have further north?
