We don't apparently...just an error on torque. Got the OK from the head service guy to go with my plan of techron with a tank of E0 for the road trip, hoping thats just what it needs to get back to normal.

Can't decide what to do with my TGV's

As far as I can see my choices are:
1. Ignore the shaky idle and hope it doesn't hurt anything
2. Buy used TGV motors from grimmspeed for $40
3. Try my luck with warranty even though I have a tune
4. Remove DP, revert to stock and then try my luck with warranty
5. Unplug TGVs when they are open and see how that goes
6. DIY TGV delete
7. buy TGV deletes ($200) I don't think I would since I'm more scared about removing the IM than doing a little dremmeling
8. Trade car in for 2013 Accord sport 6MT lol

Seems to have worked! Your positive energy must have helped. Just kidding, I'm not a jackass.

Put in what seemed like 80% of the 20 ounce bottle of techron, filled with 92 octane 0E gas for a $.60 premium per gallon. I don't know if its placebo but it seemed to correct everything pretty quick to have the good gas. Had a rough idle for a bit but after driving it around the power delivery felt way smoother. On an onramp I take often, instead of hesitating and feeling a bit rough, it just felt smooth and sexual chocolate. I'm thinking it just had to work through the crappy high ethanol gas from before and get to the good stuff. Could be placebo, but I think it made a good amount of improvement.

No I was being sarcastic. You were being positive, but some people think that comes in to play on things that have no relevance to emotion or luck. As if someone's positive thoughts would affect how my car runs.

We'll see how things go tomorrow but I am thinking it'll all work out based on how it felt on the freeway.

such a vanilla car, like a 2.5i or 2.0i

why not a brz/frs if you are okay with 2wd? It would also be faster than the accord v6 according to some tests, those things are fat pigs...how the hell do they outweigh an 11+ wrx station wagon?

the AV6 6 speed coupe runs 14.0@103 lol puts down 256whp it would top end one of our cars stock for stock.

I was looking at the 4 cyl though, it was just nicely put together and quiet and the new K24W is pretty ok.

RWD is a pain in this area in winter..too many hills. FR-S/BRZ are also too small and too noisy.

I'm not gonna do it though, I thought better of it.

I'm gonna install my AEM wideband in a few days instead of trading in..lol.

in other news my misfires seem better since it got cooler..*shrug*

Idle is rough again. Would it be expected to take a while to return to normal after having that full tank of bad gas? I'm only about 30 miles into this tank of 0e/techron, that I was only able to get ~13 gallons of (miscalculated how much of the bad gas I had left)

my car was a little off today too

i feel ilike bad gas would just caue knock which the ecu wuld correct for and the car would just be slower rather than misfiring

so then give it time? I have a road trip coming up which the tech guy said is great, but it makes me nervous, as I do not want to get deliverance'd. I figure I would be getting a CEL if there was a bad enough issue.
