Very important but maybe easy question.
I have a sti swapped saabaru. and apparently the engine gods hate me.
i swapped in an '04 usdm sti full swap, including the ecu, intake, everything. my engine died, and i need a long block. without changing ecu, manifold, exhaust, fuel pump and lines, etc, what years can i use? i hear an '04 and '05, but i'm not sure of the rest.

I think you can use any block, you could probably even use any ECU as long as you had it tuned.
