here are two photos of my car with 18x9.5 +38 on 265 cup2 tires with stock suspension

Would rolling the fenders completely solve this or would that not be enough?

I'm batting around the idea of the Fast FC04, given the pretty decent exchange rate from US to CAD these days, the style, concavity, and lightness of the wheel, etc. But I'm waffling between the tried-and-true 18x9 +40, vs the 18x10 +45. By www.willtheyfit.com research, the outer poke will be about a mm less than the ubiquitous 18x9.5 +38, however I'm mostly concerned about inner poke. I have zero plans to use coilovers, but I do think some mild lowering springs will be in my future. I want to use a 265/35-18 or push for a 275-35-18, if it will let me. Given that, is the 18x10 +45 worth the slight bit of extra weight? I wonder.

Its either those, the Wicked Awesome wheels, or the NT03+M in 18x9.5 +40 for me I think.

It's actually not the fender rubbing even though I did roll it just in case i rub at the track.

it's the rear bumper portion close to the fender that's rubbing, i just used a grinding tool to trim a bit of the bumper off(like few mm) and fixed the rubbing issue
